Religious Freedom, Death Penalty, and Medicaid Expansion Top Stories in Fall WITNESS28 Nov

The Fall issue of WITNESS is available online. Follow this link to read all the articles. Featured articles speak about three of the issues we expect to focus on during the upcoming General Assembly: a state Religious Freedom Restoration Act; abolition of the death penalty and in its place use life without parole as the maximum penalty for capital murder; and the need for Medicaid Expansion so more than 300,000 Kentuckians have health insurance who are not able to do so now at a very small cost to the state.
